In Photoshop, simply create a layer of color and then choose Pattern Overlay from the Layer Styles dialog box, selecting "Overlay" as your blending mode. Your own gorgeous papers are only a second or two away!
Try using different blending modes, such as Color Burn or Soft Light or combine textures for some amazing effects!
