I cannot get my downloads since the serverupdate.
I get a message about an unknown insecure certificate, site is not loadable.
I am waiting now 1 week and have about 5-7 days more for my downloads.
please help.

I apologize for the troubles. An email with this problem was sent to our tech girl, she will work on this as soon as possible (I think right now she is still sleeping ;) ). Sorry about this. I bet you will get your downloads in no time :) . Thank you for your patience. We really appreciate it.

I've noticed since the server upgrade that my browser (Safari) says it can't verify the certificate for the store. I have the option to choose to accept it anyway and have had no problems doing so, and my downloads all went fine. But it is probably something SA will want to work on to help the store run smoothly for everyone. Especially new customers who would probably be leery of shopping upon seeing that.

I do not have that hurry with my downloads, but after 15 days they are not availible anymore. than I would ask for reset.

I just thought like Joan, that it is a problem, that might come up for more customers and not everybody wants to accept a certificate when the browser says no.
Hope everything is soon allright, that you can rest after that serverchanges.

The SSL Certificates from our old server did not transfer correctly to our new server, and we are waiting on our SSL Provider to restore our original configuration.

This error message serves to warn you that your browser does not have a "stamp of approval" for ScrapArtist.com. If you choose to accept the certificate, the error message will disappear. It doesn't appear for me, so I did not notice the problem until you brought it to my attention.

I apologize for the trouble, and it will be resolved very soon!
