For ScrapArtists Altered/Collage Challenge June 10-16: Color Blocking.

While looking in some books I came across the work of Lisa Engelbrecht. Her work has a lot of textiles, calligraphy and hand painting, but I thought it was interesting how it is almost like blocks of color (if you squint). Here's her blog for inspiration: http://www.lisaengelbrecht.com/

I love Lisa's work... she has been featured a couple of times in Stampington Studio Magazine. Great choice! You're right it's color blocking, just not in the traditional scrapbook formula!

I had so much fun with this but after all my playing my blocks have all taken on the same colour. :roll: However I did use ALL the papers in Christine's Funky Blooms kit.
