Fab Friday section in the shoppe

Hi! I saw that, and was really pleased to find those deals quickly (plus a few things that coordinate with them :thumbup1:).

And I am so happy I shopped early so that my order went through without problems. But now I am unable to download anything. I was able to download Edeline's alphas, but can't d/l the papers, all the other links also don't download (yes, I shopped like mad this morning). I presume they are simply timing out, but I'm not getting any error messages, the download links just seem to start "thinking" but never go to the save-as page.

Please help!

I'm getting in to the shoppe no problem right now, but it was inaccessible earlier and I know a lot of people are having problems with it. Thought I'd point you to this thread at DST (http://www.digishoptalk.com/boards/showthread.php?t=127196) in case you guys haven't seen it already. :)

I really apologize for all the inconvenience you have been going through with your shopping. As Joan said we have been growing so fast recently so we are unfortunately dealing with some technical issues right now but we are trying to get fixed everything as soon as possible. I've tried my links and no luck. I emailed Jennifer with the error message that I encountered.

My links will still be valid for a few days, right? So I can always d/l the files in the next couple days...

Jen just posted a note here (http://www.scrapartist.com/scrapforums/showthread.php?p=95651#post95651). Yes, you will be able to download your links just right now everything is so slow. I really apologize that you have to go through such troubles. Please be patient with us :hug:, we will do a maximum to satisfy your shopping with SA.
Jen will fix it soon I think it is taking a little bit longer because there are more causes like yours. I'm really sorry.
Can't wait to see your layouts made with SA goodies then ;)

The download links are usually valid for 15 days. :) So you definitely have time to download.

How was your dental appt? :ack2: LOL!
