American Idol...thank goodness it's finally over! I am in my jammies, waiting for this show tonight!

I hope David Archuletta wins only because David Cook totally rocks and I think he will do far better on his own (rather than under some stifling contract with AI)...remember Chris Daughtry.....look how well he's done after getting kicked off this night 2 years ago!

Yeah, I'm loving David Cook too and I totally agree that it might be better for him not to win. I guess we'll see. I dig Syesha too - she's got such a great voice and a cool vibe. The other David has an amazing voice, but he's really not my style. I kind of think he'll win though - I think he has the corner on that teenage girl vote that's so huge in Idol LOL!

I laughed my A$$ off when he sang "With You" by Chris Brown. Then I cried because it's my fave song at the moment and this little turd ruined it for me. :27973:

We are so far behind it is driving me crazy!!!!!! We had the Andrew Lloyd Webber night tonight, no doubt there will be a huge catch up soon as normally we get the final the night after it airs in the US. I loved the Aussie dude, sort of lost interest when he got the boot, and Carly was cool but hubbys just told me she gets the boot after tonight. So atm it is either of the Davids I am heading towards.

I also have to agree with you, the person that comes 2nd normally does better than the winner in the long run.

I LOVE DAVID COOK!!!!!! Isn't he just about the vavavoomiest? David Archuleta? Great voice, but he needs to be kicked around by life a bit more before he becomes believable.

I love David C. so much, I even downloaded his versions of "Hello" and "Billie Jean" from iTunes. Yes, I know, PATHETIC. But I dig it!!!!!!!!! :)

I was really liking Syesha, though, too. I kinda wanted to see David A. go and Syesha stay. :(

I really, really, REALLY loved Carly...big shock when she left!

I totally agree that David Cook ROCKS!!!!!! INCREDIBLE!! I tell my hubby every time we watch that DC would do better NOT under AI contract.
