I have always found the origin of different surnames to be so interesting. So I thought that would be the perfect theme for this week’s Heritage challenge and a great way for us to get to know each other better!
The rules are to do a layout featuring one or more of the surnames in your ancestry. You can of course include pictures but they must be 1970’s or older in order to qualify as “Heritage”. I chose “Reagan” which is my mother’s surname because I have always felt more connected to my maternal line.
Also a little homework for ya; you should include a little history about the origin of the surname you choose. If you haven’t researched it already, I have a feeling you’ll have a lot of fun and just might find out something surprising in your history!
Don’t forget that the layout should be 50% scrap artist product in order to qualify your layout for your March Madness contest points and be sure to include a link here so we can all admire your beauteous layouts! Have fun!
