We are constantly striving to be the best digital scrapping site that we can. We are always growing and evolving here at ScrapArtist, but we really need to hear from you — our customers and friends!

What are we doing right? What are we doing wrong? How can we improve?

I answered the survey and received the freebie - but when I went to extract it, I got an error message saying the folder was empty! :frown:

I had a similar experience but mine stoped at 102MB I still had heaps to download!

I already filled it, but i wanted to tell you that Scrapartist was the first shoppe and first gallery i went to when i started digi a year and a half ago, and i really love this community. I love everything i can find here, and it always has evolved in a good way ! And i guess that if i scrap a few more years, i'd still be around !!!!

I was the same, Alice :) SA was the first gallery and shoppe I started with digi scrapbooking!

Completed survey for you, I also couldn't download the freebie, it cut out twice right at the beginning. But as I am on dial up, no broadband available here, I don't think I could have downloaded such a huge file anyway.

Hi Nancie-
I did this survey on the first day it came out, and I also couldn't unzip the files. I thought I was done and closed the survey window. It won't let me retake the survey. The files wouldn't unzip after I downloaded them. Would it be possible for someone to email these or provide other download links?
I haven't read this whole thread, but I did see a comment that someone else also had this problem.
