That is a layout I did after seeing a lovely little ATC that Michelle Coleman had created of her grandmother.
YES, you CAN SCRAPLIFT this style of art just like you would lift an idea from any other layout you might admire! In fact, it is an especially wonderful way to get rid of a dry spell in your creativity! Also, if you have never tried this style out before, it is a wonderful way to get jump started...pick a favorite altered/collage art piece and lift away! It may be a catalyst to a whole new world of fun creatively speaking!
You can find a layout to lift anywhere you wish: My personal favorite is the Scrap Artist altered/collage gallery, or go visit your favorite paper or rubber stamp gallery, or from some other favorite altered/collage resource.
One word by way of reminder: Please remember to give credit to whomever you chose to lift and post to the altered/collage gallery and put a link in the forums so we can have a look!
