Hi I have photo shop 5 le and pspx. I have not seen any posts for psp pro tuts is this group using photo shop exclusivly?

If I was to upgraded from the photoshop 5 le what would you guys recommend? Thanks

Hi there, unfortunately for myself I am only familiar with Photoshop Products. If anyone would be interested in writing tutorials for Paint Shop Pro I am sure that Nancie, Michelle and Lisa would love to hear from you.

You can download and test drive the new Photoshop CS2 free for 30 days (http://www.adobe.com/products/tryadobe/main.jsp#product=39). As this is the newest version of Photoshop available to date I would recommend that you use that. A lot of the new actions and styles on the Adobe Studio Exchange (http://share.studio.adobe.com/) are only compatible with CS or CS2. Go ahead and try it out, it is free and what have you got to lose other than discovering your true creative potential.

Anyone that is a newbie to using Photoshop products I would recommend first playing with Photoshop Elements. This is what I used and was a great intro software to help me getting into digital imaging as well as digital scrapbooking. With Photoshop elements you can still use all the brushes and kits that are available at all the Major Digital Scrapbooking websites. Here is the link for a 30 Free Trial of Photoshop Elements 4 (http://www.adobe.com/products/tryadobe/main.jsp#product=40). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! (plus it is much more affordable - Under $100.00)

I'm a PSPX girl! I often read the Photophop tutorial and adapt them in PSP. Too bad I'm not able to write correctly in English to do tutorial. But if you need help with something, just pm me.
