Anyone know anything about the Big Ten Network? We were annoyed at not being able to watch Michigan's first game. But then again, maybe that was good. It would have been painful to see Appalachian State beat UM, oooooouch.
Can't say that I am a huge football fan or anything (but sometimes I get into watching a game) but I do feel a kind of connection with UM football since that is my alma mater and as a freshman there I lived in the dorm where a lot of players lived and I worked in the dining hall and consequently the football training table. of course, that was many many moons ago.
the saddest thing: DH also went to UM and NEVER went to a single football game. poor guy.
go blue, hee hee!

Is it bad that the only time I'm into football is during the Super Bowl or when the University of Utah makes a bowl game? I'm just not really into sports myself.

Go 'CLONES! What a game that was, especially for faithful Iowa State fans who don't get much love from their boys. :)

I wondered who you'd be rooting for in that on Jennifer :) As a former Iowan, I was always a bit partial to Iowa myself, but I still like to see Iowa State win one from them now and again LOL!
Beyond that, I follow Michigan (I'm also a former Michigander) - which is really sad this year so far - and of course Arizona - which tends to be even more sad! Oh well, it's still fun to watch, I don't get quite as caught up in it as when it's basketball season, so it's less painful when my teams lose! And, it's a good time to knit too :)
