Good morning! Before I post the new Heritage Challenge, I want to take a minute to thank Christine (Fiddlette) for hosting the challenge for me last week. What a great theme!!

And now for this week's challenge. It will run from today through Monday, August 13th.

I love learning where my family originated. I know that I have connections to Canada, Germany, Italy, England and France. Where is your family from?

Somewhere on your heritage layout this week, you should include something about a country. It can be a map, a flag, whatever. The layout can be about a person and you can tell where that person came from. Or, you can create a layout about a country and journal about how you are connected to the country. Photos should be from the 1970's or before ... EXCEPT if you need a current photo of the country. That is perfectly fine.

Here's my sample: Pietro Archangeli (http://www.scrapartist.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=6220)

I love your layout, Robyn! It's amazing!
Great theme for this week, I just hope there will be a little time for me to do a layout (have to lock the kids and forget about the moving, lol ;) )

Here's my piece for the challenge... our family has been in America from the early 1700's in almost every line! This is my father's lineage. The Griffith's came from Cardigan, Wales.
