Classes? Interests?

Most of you know that ScrapArtist Studios has launched it's first workshop and we are working to bring you more!

What I'd like to know is what kind of classes/workshops/learning you're interested in? I'm posting a poll, but feel free to elaborate here in the thread!

I really love the idea of a photo editing class!! I've started scanning in a lot of my old photos, and many of them could use a lot of work (a mix of just bad photography, poor exposures and photo damage over time). Also, it would be great to learn those little tricks to turn my digi photos into something really special :)
