Wow, is it already MAY!!! Amazing how fast time flies isn't it!
This weeks tip comes to you from Leanne (jezleave) who attended the digital "get together" last weekend in Utah. Somehow in talking this subject came up (yup, we are all geeky talking PS... lol!) and Leanne was nice enough to share this tip with everyone.
If you are working in PS and you want to undo your history, but only undo "just one" history state and not all the others that have happened since that one state... then you can do this:
In your History Palette, click on that little side arrow that brings up more options. From here go to History Options. Click on "Allow Non-Linear History" and say "OK". From here, you can go back to any history state and right hand click and choose "delete" and the changes you have made past that point will remain intact as well.
Awesome little tip! I've actually "wondered" if you could do that before, and didn't really know how to "google" it properly to find out about the capabilities of PS to do that trick. So I was super happy to learn it!
Now, I know this works for PS CS 2... if you try it out in a different version and it works, let us know! k!
Have a great week!
