New to Posting Here - I have a question

That is gorgeous! And yes, I think this is as good a place as any to ask :) I'm glad you're joining in! In answer to the question, I'm guessing that she used some brushes and lots of blending. I actually just wrote a little guide to blending and blend modes on our blog last week, you can check it out here:

That should get you started on the blending aspect of it. I'm thinking she probably cut several papers into smaller pieces and arranged them around the page, blended them together and then added the brushes over the top, blending those and/or changing their opacity to make certain items stand out more. I know that's pretty general, but hopefully it will help. Honestly pieces like that often involve a lot of trial and error, so I'd recommend just playing around with something things until you find something you like :)
