Anything exciting on the to-do list this week? Any big plans? As for me, I've got to finish a scarf I'm knitting as a gift and I have several new kits I'm anxious to play with this week. I also got a new purse today (on sale at Dillards - gotta love that!) so I'm pretty excited to put that to use tomorrow :) So, what's new in your world?

Really nothing new or exciting this week. Since we were away this past weekend I imagine I'll be catching up on chores throughout the week like grocery shopping - big whoop! I also have a couple of late meetings at work so I'm not really looking forward to that. Now that I'm in the last couple of months of pregnancy I've noticed I'm getting tired again. Hmm...this is sounding like a bummer of a post!! Let's see if I can end on a sunny note....I just got a fun movie in the mail from Netflix that I'm looking forward to seeing - Rumor Has It - so that will be something to look forward to :) Hope everyone else has a great week!

Things have been crazy and stressful here so I've been taking a bit of a break...stepping back and not really scrapping much. I'm trying to rejuvenate a bit so I can dive back into my scrapping obligations...I've lost my mojo and can't even bring myself to open Photoshop right now. I've been teaching myself to knit using online tutorials and a book, hoping that it will give me a break from scrapping when I need it. I really want to scrap but when I sit down to start, I suddenly feel like its the last thing I want to do.
This week I have to get my drivers license renewed and Friday is my DS's 9th bday so we'll be doing something low-key. We don't really make a big huge deal out of our kids' birthdays. We usually have a cake and presents with only us, followed by a fun outing. This year may be the circus.
Hope everyone is doing well.

So knitting seems to be the new digi-scrapbookers' obsession huh? I'm doing it too LOL I definitely think it's a nice mojo-creating break from the computer - there's something about a hands-on project that I find really inspiring once in a while. Hopefully it will help you find your mojo too :)
Oh, and Jess, you'll have to let us know how the movie was! I've been having terrible luck with my Netflix choices lately - I'm on like three bad ones in a row! Let me tell you, never rent The Celestine Prophecy or The Guardian - blech! Sorry, movie rant over LOL

Thanks Lisa.
Ive been crochet'ing since I was about 9 yrs old so knitting is something kind of along the same lines but COMPLETELY different, too. I've always wanted to learn but haven't really had the patience to sit and figure it out. Well, til now. ;)
I'm definately not a knitter - get far too bored before I finish anything but good luck with your projects girls.
I've just bought a fab pine box which I'm going to alter to store all my Dad's family documents and photographs in. My little man has been helping me paint and crackle glaze it and then I'm going to do some digi scrapping to modge podge on it before varnishing. hope everyone has a good week

That sounds great! I have a big box of stuff from my grandpa that I need to create something for too - I'd love to see what you come up with, maybe it'll give me some ideas :)
