"Bad to the Bone" entry by Mandy30

I cannot find Mandy30 within the member's list, but her photo can be found by typing that title. Well, the problem is that my daughter is having a hissy fit to know how Mandy produced the tinting and colorization for that photo. It fit in perfectly with the layout--called Garage Band, I believe. I am a media specialist, but teach animation software, filming, etc. and can do most of the layouts I have seen, except this one, and my daughter and I are not sure if a commerical plugin (filter) or the regular filters within Photoshop. If anyone can help, I appreciate your time and consideration:dontknow: :dontknow:
