Hello everyone,
I hope that this finds you enjoying the chilly weather, or not-so-chilly, depending where you are!
I always love when the season changes because it makes me consciously grab my camera and search for new views.
Moving on to our challenge, this week I thought it might be fun to be inspired by well known photographer... Tara Whitney (http://tarawhitney.typepad.com/)! One of the things that Tara does that I love is her creative use of Depth of Field. You can see an example of that here (http://tarawhitney.typepad.com/photos/at_home/athome_2.html) and here. (http://tarawhitney.typepad.com/photos/at_home/athome_7.html)
I encourage you to learn more about DOF and here are a few links to help you:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Depth_of_field
http://www.mir.com.my/rb/photography/fototech/htmls/depth.html
You can interpret this challenge in whatever way inspires you- it can be photographing people, inanimate objects, nature or anything you want!
Be sure to post a link to your photo in this thread so we can all see your work!
Thanks for participating!
