Photography Challenge 10/16

Hello everyone,
I hope that this finds you enjoying the chilly weather, or not-so-chilly, depending where you are!
I always love when the season changes because it makes me consciously grab my camera and search for new views.

Moving on to our challenge, this week I thought it might be fun to be inspired by well known photographer... Tara Whitney (http://tarawhitney.typepad.com/)! One of the things that Tara does that I love is her creative use of Depth of Field. You can see an example of that here (http://tarawhitney.typepad.com/photos/at_home/athome_2.html) and here. You can interpret this challenge in whatever way inspires you- it can be photographing people, inanimate objects, nature or anything you want!

I tried this one with a couple different tries. Flowers blurred out the foreground to see "through" a wire mesh:
