#37 Planes, Trains & Automobiles! [Sep 18-24]

This week, we are remembering transportation of the past. I am looking for pictures from the 1970's and before that have some form of transportation in them (boats, horse-drawn carriages, RV's, etc.). The pictures don't need to be specifically of the car or other transportation thing - there just needs to be one somewhere in the picture. It can even just be part of the background.

Have fun and I can't wait to see what you come up with. It's interesting to see hoe technology has developed over the years.

Those are too cool! So neat to see how the cars have changed over the years. And your layout reminded me that I created a magazine for my Dad last year and had several pages dedicated to the cars he has owned throughout his life. wow robyn that is fantastic, great idea. We were at a function the other day and a group of us were talking about collecting photos of people in the town, and their first say, five, cars they owned. that would be fun.

You're welcome! I'm glad you liked it. I was lucky because my dad is such a car guy (in fact he worked for an auto trader magazine for many years) so he had all of the pictures.

That is a great 2-page layout and a fantastic read! What a story. It would have been fun to live back then and take that trip!

They actually weren't in the Gallery here at SA. I had them at 3Scrap, since that is where the kits are from. I only put them here after reading this challenge!!
I am working on a new LO for this challenge now. Will post shortly.

I was working on my LO yesterday when I went to save what I had done so far, and right then, I mean right then, photoshop quit, actually the whole computer crashed and I had to restart. i was eagar to see if my LO had gotten saved, no dice! Will have to start all over now!

AAARRRGG!! But, sometimes when this happens, LO #2 is better than the first! He, He!

Totally redone and much different from the one I did yesterday. I like this one much better!!

hey Robyn, i am not sure how much i will be around for the next three weeks, got a busy week on the farm this week, with no internet connection out there, then for two weeks off to see my son 800 miles away and not sure what internet i will have while i am away.

please dont do anything exciting while i am away cos i am gunna hate missing out on these challenges!!!!
