Tip for 8/29...Are you using the "spacebar"?

No not just when typing text! When you go to select with the marquee tool (drawing a selection or box), if you push your spacebar down, you are moving, not resizing that selection.

It's a confusing sounding tip... but go open your photoshop and make a marquee, but press down your spacebar. See what happens. It's all gonna make sense then! :)
