Double page layout in Photoshop Elements 4?

Any tips on how to make a double page layout in Photoshop Elements 4.0?

I guess that I could make two single page layouts, but it is hard to make them meet up at the center point if I am using a photo that will spread from one across to the other.

I have made lots of these double pages in Microsoft Publisher and it is a breeze ... but cannot for the life of me find a tutorial anywhere on doing so in PSE!

I would REALLY like to know how to do this too if it is possible. I only create double page layouts.

Pretty please, with sugar on top....will someone help us with this?

just make your canvas the size of two pages put together (e.g. 2 - 12x12 pages = 1 page that is 24" wide and 12" tall)
put a guideline down the middle at 12" so you can see where the middle is and then scrap away

to print, save first, then crop down to the left 12x12 and print
back up (undo / CTRL+Z) and crop to just the right and then print that
