There really isn't much explanation needed, or instructions on how to create this project, except to have fun! Choose a great kit with coordinating papers, like this one by Lori, (called Vintage Girl available in the Scrap Artist Shoppe) and a few extra embellies like ribbons and binder clips and adhesive, and HAVE FUN!

One tip is to take one page out of the album as a template, and cut all your papers to that shape to start with....then you can mix and match, tear and glue what you want without anymore careful cutting and measuring....
