#31 Stapled-on Titles [Aug 7-13]

This is a fun, technique-oriented theme. I use it quite a bit and always love the results. The concept is pretty simple ... all you have to do is secure your title with staples. You can staple on individual letters or a complete journaling block. Be creative. The only other requirement is that the pictures must be from 1970 and before.

I'll have my example up in a few minutes.

Hey Robyn,

I don't know if I have any staples!!! Does anyone know offhand if there are any freebies with staples? I'm sure there must be...If no one knows, I'll go on a search.

There are some really cool rusted staples that are free at ShabbyPrincess.com. Look in the Shabby Fall kit (one of my favorites!). It's in the Nov 15, 2005 line. Sorry ... I didn't want to link directly to it but you should be able to find it that way!!

I read the challenge at the beginning of the week, and thought of gr-gr-gr-granpa Saville - keeping in mind the staples... but then forgot it was supposed to be the TITLE that is stapled! Sorry about that Robin.. I can move the layout if you want.

Hi Everyone,

I posted a layout yesterday for this challenge. At first, I also mis-read the guidelines and just stapled the photos. Later, I realized that I was supposed to staple the title and that led me on a search where I found this neat old paper alpha.
