Stitches in PSP?

Hi again, sorry a newbie here with so many question...

How can you make a real looking stitches with lil (dark) holes in PSP8..and how can you stitch following a certain path like square, heart shape, circle etc.
or even the stitch letters...I want to make that !! pls. help!!

thanks in advance. !!!!..there are so many great tutorials but mostly are written in Photoshop.

Too bad no one is willing to help me. BUT the good news is i finally have made it on psp8 and i'm proud of it.
