OK, digital scrapbooking is surely awesome for those clean slick polished pages... (you know the kind that look like they should be magazine ads), but sometimes when you want a little more of a "realistic, grunged" look for your page, the "perfections" of photoshop can be a drawback. Here's a case in point. With Michelles new Hand Stamped Alpha Brushes (http://www.scrapartist.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=408), you can get some awesome "grungy" type looks, but here's a little trick I learned when working with them recently.
To "tone down the perfectness"... if your title has two "R"'s in it (Ie. RAILROAD), pull your images over onto the page, but then change the second "R" a little bit. Ie. take an eraser brush and go in and erase out some small parts of the second "R". Two stamped images rarely look the same, so when you use these if you want your page to appear a little more "hand scrapped", it may be a good idea to alter the second image a bit. Does that make sense? Just give it a little more authenticity! :)

Hope you are all having a great week (and sorry I'm late this week! lol!)!
