Tip for 6/13... for those who love Blogs

This weeks tip is for those who love to follow blogs. It's bloglines,

which is a great little site that can help you keep track of the blogs you like to follow, and when those blogs are updated.
You can download a notifier at bloglines that notifies you when someone
updates, or you can just catch all the updates when you log into bloglines.

I know there are many blogs that scrappers like to follow,... so I thought bloglines might be a fun tip this week.

Also, here are a few of the SA blogs that you should for sure add to your bloglines list:

Nancies' blog (http://scrapartist.typepad.com/)... the latest and greatest creations of Nancie.
Lisa's blog (http://lisacohen.typepad.com/my_weblog/)... all of Lisa's greatest projects and creations... this girl has talent (and hobbies!) always a fun read!
Dianne's blog (http://shabbyelements.rigdonia.com/blog/)... always a great read... Dianne makes me laugh and I'm always in awe of her awesome designs! :)

Finally getting around to checking this out! I have too many blogs to keep track of. I am spending too much time reading and not scrapping so I am excited to try this out!

I have a quick question - Does it send an email too you as soon as the blog is updated or does it wait and send you one report a day saying 59 blogs updated? The service I'm using sends me one daily report and then It's too many to get caught up on and also, if it is advertising a one day sale, or freebie then I've missed it because I don't get the report till the next morning. Make sense? I want to find one that sends me a email each time throughout the day as they are updated. Which way does bloglines do it?

Bloglines is the best! I have all my favorite scrap blogs on there, but I even get work stuff through it - the Supreme Court even has a feed, so now I can read new opinions as they come down! And Laura, I don't have the notifier, but from what I've heard it does alert to each update.

I'll have to check that out. I use a free program called Bandit. I'm not very knowledgable about blogs but I like it because it updates itself. I have it organized by scrap blogs, gossip blogs:o , and news. It has cut down the surf time,at least the blog portion. LOL

As far as I know that notifier "beeps" at you when a blog gets updated... but I don't think it emails you. Does anyone else know more specifically?

There is another program called Blogarithm (http://www.blogarithm.com/). It notifies you via email.
