atomic cupcake and psp

ok, whenever I see a really cool layout with inked edges to die for, it says "action by Atomic Cupcake"
check these two layouts out:

Can we do something similar in psp? Are the 'actions' the same? can anyone share?

I have both PSP and PSCS2. The closest you would get in PSP to an Atomic Cupcake action would be to search for a script - or make one yourself.

I use scripts for resizing etc. but haven't used them for inking. Need to investigate if this is possible!
