First I have to say a HUGE CONGRATS to those of you that stuck with and finished the May Everyday challenge. I hope that you enjoyed it and it will spark other "documenting" projects. I had the passion for the challenge, but in the end, lacked the stamina to complete it ... so big kudos to ya'll.

Now to kick off June, I thought it would be fun to show some water fun pictures. I didn't get that creative on this first shot ... it just sparked my idea ...

But, what about all the ways you can capture water ... like dripping from a faucet, dew droplets in the morning, beads caught in the air before they fall to the ground.

Just take the "water" idea and run with it and let's see what you come up with ... and don't worry, it might just be somehting "everyday" like mine ;).

I think you sort of do whatever you want to the picture!! I'm sort of new at this too!! Ha ha ha. But as far as I know, there aren't really any rules to posting for the photography challenges. But Lori, you could always browse the photography challenge gallery to get an idea of what other people have done.

Andrea, I'll have you know I actually did the May Everyday album. I'm so proud of myself!! I didn't post every picture because that would have been REAL boring for some people... some of them were like.... a picture of my vacuum.... a picture of the piles of laundry I spent the day doing... ect. (yes, I have such a glamorous life). I'm still catching up on the journaling for each day, but I just love that album. Now to finish it up and get it printed off and put in an actual album. Ahhhh. Thanks for the inspiration on that one!

So I had so many fabulous water pictures from last summer. We went to this water park in Canada while visitin my in-laws. I got a ton of great pics there, and then also we went to Niagara falls!!! And then the kids were playing with this old antique bird bath full of water in their Great Grandmother's back yard... ugh... so many choices. But this is the one I chose:

You did the May Everyday Lauren? Way to go!! I think I need to pick a new month and try again ... it may have been the added stress of posting the pics ... either way I'm glad it inspired you to do it!

And Lori, no rules around here ... LOL. We just like to have fun shooting photos. I just have "water" on the mind with summer and everything ... so your photo can be whatever interpretaion of water that inspires you! Just have fun!

Okeydokey! This is my first foray into dSLR photography! I threw the camera into automatic and snapped away!
Both are snaps of Mackenzie in the bath:

OK, I hope this isnt taboo but I had to share this photo for the water challenge. They are from a photo site but I am buying them so it should be ok....

I did it as a sequence so you could get the full effect.
