Hi,:)
I am using PS7. I am basically teaching myself via tutorials and help here and there.:o
Right now, I am creating something and wanted to use a staple and a fastener.
These files are PNG. I try to open them with PS7 but PS7 wont show these files.
I don't know why or how to fix this.
I can view these PNG files fine when I open the document folder containing them OUTSIDE of PS7. KWIM?
All help rewarded with 'smores.
TYVM

That is weird, I'm not sure what would be causing it. How are you trying to open them? If you just drag them into PS from your windows file does that work? What is it telling you? Just thinking aloud here . . .

I tried the dragging. It said it is not the right kind of file? WTHeck? :(

Hmmm. Very odd - is it all pngs? Maybe try a different one from another kit and see if it does it - maybe something's wrong with that file somehow.

Ooh, just had another thought - I've seen some kits lately that have a Mac file and a PC file - any chance that's the case? Just throwing things out here LOL

Hmmmm ... I never had any trouble with pngs and PS7. When I was on PS 5.5, it would open pngs but with an ugly black background.

I threw in the towel and reinstalled the stinker. Jotting down that I want CS2 for my birthday:o

Oddly enough it did. This program has been acting very weird in the last 2 1/2 weeks or so:mad: Luckily the upgrade is cheaper than the full version:D  :D so I am going to keep my fingers and toes crossed.:D  ;)

Glad you got it working :) And, good luck on getting CS2 - everyone who has it seems to love it!
