Hi Ladies :)
I would like to know how to do bright eyes in a photoshop 7.
Anyone can help me???

I don't have Photoshop, but I "reversed engineered" a Photoshop tutorial so that I could do it in Paint Shop Pro. I'm sure you could "re-reverse engineer" the steps back into PS.
What I do is take the Freehand Selection Tool and make a circle around the whites of the eyes, just inside the lids. I usually have a Feather setting of about 1 or 2. Then I promote the selection to a layer.
Next, using the brightness/contrast settings I lighten the whites using Brightness 50, Contrast 40.
Next, I change the blend mode of the layer (remember, the whites are on their own layer now) to Screen mode, which makes them look REALLY alien.
Finally, I tweek the opacity of that layer, bringing it down to somewhere between 15-30 pecent, depending on the photo. Remember, you want the eyes to look white, not glow in the dark. LOL!
